Muhyiddin and his team has been very focussed on overcoming the COVID-19 threat and they have succeeded. As of now, we are well of the way to recovery with more than 90% of COVID-19 patients cured and our economic recovery has started.
With our major trading partners also open for business, I think there is a chance that Malaysia will achieve some small economic growth this year while many other countries go into recession.
Meanwhile, PH is still playing their favourite game: “who should be the next PM?” Is it Mahathir? Is it Anwar? Should Anwar be PM with Mukhris as Deputy PM? Should Mahathir be PM with Anwar as DPM for 6 months, then Anwar becomes PM with Mukhriz as DPM?
They have been so absorbed with this game even while being the government that they hardly achieved anything. Under PH, GDP growth dropped, even without COVID-19. Stock market indices dropped. FDI dropped. The Ringgit dropped relative to USD.
