Mike Westerdal It's the Easter season, which means that our annual family Easter Egg Hunt is just around the corner. Honestly, it may be even more fun for us as parents, as we get to watch our kids search for (and find!) all the goodies that we've specifically hidden for them. We hide toys, candy, and even a few golden eggs with $20 bills, and in time, they discover each gift as we watch in excitement... what a truly magical time. As I think about it, this whole seemingly childish scenario reminds me of the absolute greatest “undeserved” gift I’ve ever received — the true and genuine reason for the Easter season, far and above all else. You see, I’m a flawed individual. While I’ve done a lot of good, I’ve also messed up more times than I can count. There are times I’ve been selfish.
