It's a little embarrassing but truth be told... I recently found out that my cortisol levels were through the roof. In other words, I'm overstressed to highly dangerous levels. I kind of knew that, to be honest. I got my hair tested once (that's how you can tell cortisol levels!) in graduate school. T
