Cemas melihat haiwan tersebut, lelaki itu bergegas ke Balai Bomba dan Penyelamat Lenggong untuk melaporkan kejadian itu. Ketua Operasi dari balai tersebut, Nik Mohamad Kamil Nik Mat mengarahkan anggotanya membantu menangkap ular berbisa itu. “Seorang lelaki bernama Mohd Amirul datang ke balai dan melaporkan terdapat seekor ular berada dalam enjin keretanya. “Anggota pergi ke kereta lelaki tersebut dan mendapati terdapat seekor ular panjangnya hampir 1.5 meter di ruangan enjin kereta itu. “Kereta itu kemudiannya dipandu ke tempat lain bagi memudahkan kerja menangkap ular. Anggota berjaya menangkap ular itu beberapa minit selepas dikesan,” katanya. Tambah Nik Mohd Kamil, ular tersebut dilepaskan di kawasan lain yang jauh dari kediaman penduduk.
