What happens to you when you don’t get any sunlight for a month straight?
I actually went without sunlight for a month.
I traveled at night and was indoors and never went out.
After a couple of weeks without sun my eyes got extremely dilated:
It’s normal for me to get migraines as it runs in the family, but I got them more often than I usually did.
I have pretty light skin as it is so no change there.
When I did see sunlight for the first time in a month my eyes burned like crazy.
They also got watery for a bit, but after a few minutes they adjusted.
What I’m guessing happened is my pupils got really tiny:
and they weren’t used to that.
I had to walk with my back to the sun as my eyes adjusted because looking in the general direction of the sun was brutal.
Also a side note to add was my motion sickness was worse than usual because I wasn’t in a moving vehicle and I was on the verge of puking when we got to the store.
I had something to eat to help settle my stomach, but seeing the sunlight after not seeing it for a while was the worst!
