Recipes have never taught anyone how to cook. Rather, technique is what makes chefs (or home cooks like you and me) create a dish from scratch, using whatever ingredients they have on hand, with whatever spices they fancy. And when you can control what you cook and eat, that's one key elements to losing weight.

In fact, there’s nothing easier than making a soup from scratch. Or, should I say, making soups (with an ‘s’) because there actually are only 2 kinds of soups, from which all the others, thousands and thousands of them, derive.
2 kinds: chunky soup and blended soup.
Think about it, if you know and master (it’s super easy, don’t worry) these 2 simple techniques, you can make thousands of healthy soups from scratch, and that can really help you slim down and achieve rapid fat loss.
Even better, not only everybody in your family will LOVE your soups, but soups only require between 5 and 15 minutes of your time. The rest is cooking time. About 30 minutes.
