No to exercise? Read on...
You've probably been told over and over again that "exercise" is the most important thing you need to do to lose weight, but truth is, strenuous exercise is NOT something I actually recommend, for specific reasons too long to explain in this email.
You heard me say over and over again that getting the perfect body is 80% diet and only 20% exercise.
What kind of "exercise" is actually good for you?.. The easy kind. Something NOT strenuous, safe, and that anybody can do peacefully without breaking a sweat. Believe it or not, there is actually no real need for that.
Especially if you're a woman over 35. You see, strenuous exercise is great for 20-ish millennial girls with a waist the size of my ankle, but can be dangerous for the rest of us. Strenuous exercise for us can actually wreak havoc on our body's fat-burning hormones and quickly bring weightloss to a dead stop -- even though you're trying to eat healthy!
Fortunately, my friend Zoe (a yoga instructor) just wrote a brand new free report and video that you can watch for the rest of the day today revealing it ALL!

PS: You must also check what kind of superb bikini body Zoe carved for herself using that one yoga tip, revealed in the video. And you must check out her crazy head stand, too!
