The second thing you probably need to do is to have the right mindset. I talk about “Mindful Eating” a lot on these pages. That’s because actually realizing what, when, and why you’re eating the foods you eat has a huge impact on your weight loss progress. Do you really need a bag of Cheetos while watching TV? ? Or could we do without? Extreme, but you get my point!..
Next, you need to focus on decreasing or getting rid of what we call “empty calories” foods. These are foods that are highly caloric, but do not provide good nutrition. Think pizza, French fries, sodas, and so on. Now that doesn’t mean you can’t have pizza.
In fact, we have a pretty mean pizza recipe that is nutritious, fat-burning, paleo and gluten-free too. The point is that replacing “empty calories” foods with nutritious, wholesome, and healthful foods really goes a long way. We’ll show you how.
#3 is about fiber. Fiber is the key. Increase fiber in your diet and that simple trick alone can shed a few inches off your waist very easily, and with no efforts.
