Fat Decimator - A Revolutionary Weight Loss Program

The Fat Decimator System is a brand-new weight loss program that cleanses the body and sheds unwanted fat quickly and safely. It allows almost anyone to lose 21 lbs in just 21 days – or more than a pound a day! Based on more than a decade of research spanning over 500 medical studies as well as almost three years of real-world testing, this program has the results – and the science – to back it up. Kyle Cooper, creator of The Fat Decimator System, is a former marine and a certified trainer who has been training soldiers in the military and civilians to get in their best shape possible for the past 10 years. This program is based on a chance meeting with a Korean medical student while serving in Afghanistan. This man introduced Gunny Cooper to a whole new way of looking at weight loss and health and it’s revolutionized the way that he trains his clients and how he’s been able to help tens of thousands of people regain the bodies they’ve desperately missed. This system peels...

The 2 Week Diet OVERVIEW

Following The 2 Week Die t typically results in body fat losses of 3/4 to 1 pound of fat every day. When you add The 2 Week Workout to the diet, fat loss is typically over 1 pound per day. Because of this, you will start to see some nice progress in just a couple of days after starting. In following this diet without deviation, I have yet to find anyone not being able to lose at least 10 pounds in the 14 day period. During my trial of this diet—before ever releasing it publicly—I lost 23 lbs in 14 days. It truly was nothing short of miraculous… and I have been excited to share this breakthrough ever since. The 2 Week Diet is similar to a Protein Sparing Modified Fast, in that we will “trick” the body into entering a 24/7 fat-burning “starvation” mode, while we provide it with the appropriate amount of protein that it needs so that lean body mass is spared… not to mention the added thermic effect of digesting that protein. In addition to carbohydrate restriction and strategic pro...

Post Workout Meal : Secrets to a Hard, Lean Body

As you’ve probably heard before, your post-workout meal may very well be your most important meal of the day. The reason is that when you’re finished with an intense workout, you’re entering a catabolic state where your muscle glycogen is depleted and increased cortisol levels are beginning to excessively break down muscle tissue. These conditions (if left to go too long) are not good and the only way to reverse this catabolic state (and promote an anabolic state) is to consume a quickly digestible post-workout meal as soon as you can after training. The goal is to choose a meal with quickly digestible carbs to replenish muscle glycogen as well as quickly digestible protein to provide the amino acids needed to jump start muscular repair. The surge of carbohydrates and amino acids from this quickly digested meal promotes an insulin spike from the pancreas, which shuttles nutrients into the muscle cells. The post-workout meal should generally contain between 300-500 calories to g...
