Is Plant-based Diet A Possible Solution For Diabetes & Obesity?

After years of experimenting with my food, I learned about plant-based diet through “Fork over Knives” — a documentary about plant-based diet. The plant-based diet focuses on whole, unrefined or minimally refined plants. This doesn’t mean salad for life, but eating ‘whole’, minimally processed versions of plants.
