“3 Ways to Make a Man ADDICTED To You”

Source: www.devotionsystem.com By Amy North Do you want to keep your man’s eyes on you and only you? Would you love to make him absolutely addicted to you? If so, you’re in the right place. As you may or may not already know, there are certain things women can do to hook men. The good news is that these have nothing to do with looks, but rather attitude. Once you can get yourself in the right mindset, you’ll not only have his attention, but like a lovesick puppy dog, he won’t leave your side. Here’s what you need to do. Be mysterious. Have you ever left a date feeling mentally drained, or like you knew everything there was to know about a man? If so, you probably had little interest in seeing him again. The same rings true for men. If you’re the kind of woman who takes over a conversation or shares everything from your childhood memories to your deepest secrets then he’s isn’t going to be compelled to call you. Instead of spilling your heart out to him it’s importa

“If Only I Could Understand Men….”

Men always say they can’t understand women, and that women are so complicated. Well, for many women, it is the exact opposite. Most would give anything to understand what makes men “tick.” Even though women want to know what he’s thinking, men are often reluctant to share what is in their hearts. What’s a woman to do? Rather than describe all the differences between the sexes, it is often more helpful to focus on a few areas that any woman can understand. “If Only I Could Understand Men….” 1) Men are more sensitive than women. While that might sound silly, the truth is that men don’t have the ability to recover from emotional trauma as effectively as a woman. Because of this, men keep themselves from getting too upset. When a man hears he should just “let his feelings out,” what he translates that into is this, “If I let my feelings out, I might not be able to control them.” 2) Men hate fighting. 2017 BEST COOKBOOKS FOR WEIGHT LOSS AND HEALTHY COOKING

By Carissa Alinat & Chef Gui Alinat I’m a Nurse Practitioner and finishing my PhD. I’m also a weight loss expert and published writer. I’ve helped hundreds of patients melt away fat, feel healthy and happy. And the winner for 2017 Best Cookbooks For Weight Loss & Healthy Cooking, is… I hope you like to eat. We all do, but what I mean is I hope you REALLY like to eat. If you do, you came to the right place. This is Chef Gui Alinat, sitting in for my wife Carissa. Now, I must warn you. Most people would say that eating is a guilty pleasure. Much too often, good food is thought to be fattening and somewhat dangerous. Detrimental to your health. We say… “Time to go to the gym after that”. Or… “This is a heart attack on a plate”… Or we make a joke about this dessert having “no calories, right?”. Then we laugh it off and sink our teeth into that Bananas Foster. With guilt. I wish this would stop. The truth is, eating is a joy. Or should be a joy, even if you’re try

PALEO RECIPE: STEAK WITH ZUCCHINI SALSA

We often feature paleo recipes here, as part of Origin’s Weight Loss Program.  In this weight loss program, we believe that the paleo diet is one of the most effective ways to lose weight and keep it off permanently. Sure, the feature of this paleo recipe remains the steak. A beautiful NY strip steak that I demonstrate how to cook perfectly in the video below. Many tips there, one of which being to let the meat rest half the time that it has cooked. But really, the huge benefit of this paleo recipe (beside the fact that it’s paleo!) is that it contains only 5 ingredients. Five. You see, we love simple and straightforward paleo recipes. We don’t believe that cooking should be a chore. And frankly, when you start listing 20 or 25 different ingredients for one single recipe, then you end up doing a chore. Who has the time to shop for 25 ingredients (especially paleo ingredients!) or find substitute ingredients? The second benefit of this paleo steak recipe is that
